Application & Recommendation |

Rockesperses
CBD-50 is a very suitable dispersing and emulsifying and wetting agent for
making organic pigment emulsion paste. Preferably, the temperature of water must be
between 75- 1.
Charge 55 ± 2% soft water 2.
Add 15 ± 2% Rockesperses CBD-50 and run it for 15 - 20 minutes 3.
Add 30 ± 2% Pigment powder during 2 - 3 hours 4.
After finishing the charging the pigments, run it for another 20 minutes 5.
Cool down to 30 - 35 6.
Add preservative and send for lab Q.C |
