Application & Recommendation |
|
|
|
|
Rockapon
PFA-1621 can be used to prepare a broad range of commercial emulsion polymers
including acrylics, Vinyl-acrylics and styrene-acrylics. Such polymers find application
in latex paints, adhesives, paper coatings and textiles. Films of polymers made with Rockapon
PFA-1621 exhibit enhanced corrosion resistance and superior heat and light
stability, which makes them especially desirable for metal coating applications.
The versatility of Rockapon PFA-1621-allows it to be used with a wide range
of polymerization techniques, including thermal and redox processes. When
properly used in conjunction with other anionic and nonionic surfactants,
Rockapon PFA-1621 allows for the trouble-free commercial production of
extremely stable emulsion polymers. |
