Application & Recommendation |
|

|
Rockenzyme
Asbit has a strong softening action on folds and wrinkles appearing on
pickled , chrome tanned skins and hides. A dosage of 1-2% Rockenzyme Asbit is
recommended to remove folds and wrinkles. After using this product marginal
area improvement is also noticed. It does not loosen the leather fibres, so
in some cases it can be stopped over night. |

Raw: |
After full
deliming and main bating, wash, then 100% Water
4% Common
Salt(Be’ 5 at least) 0.5-1.0% Rockenzyme
Asbit 45- |

Pickled: |
Depickle the
leathers to PH 5-5.5 degreasing is to be done if required. 0.5-2% Rockenzyme
Asbit to be added and run for 1hr. Folds and wrinkles removal to be checked
and bath has to be drained. Wash leathers and proceed repickling and chrome
tanning as usual. |

Wet blue: |
Rise the wet
blue PH by mild alkalis like sodium formate to 4.5. Use 0.5- 2% Rockenzyme
Asbit and run 60-90 .if required it can be left over night. |

Dry & Hard Stock: |
This product
also can be used (1-3%) in wetting back process of old and dry stocks
together with ammonia and wetting back agents. |
