Application & Recommendation |

|
Rockol DGS-500 has a very penetrative effect in all types of pickled and wet blue processing
with a very high degreasing property for removing excess fats and impurities
during degreasing and chrome tanning. Due to solvent containing, it does not
need any solvent for degreasing. For higher action it is better to combine
this product with a nonionic degreasing agent like Rockol-642 up to 1.5%. It
is mainly used for high greasy skins (e.g. Sheep). The
recommendation for use is : 1.5-2.0% (Pickled wt.) Sheep 0.3-0.6% (

depickling and fleshing , rise PH to 6.0-6.2 by Sodium bicarbonate and drain
well. Floatless 1 Rockol DGS-500 +100% Water +30% Water 0.5% Rockol DGS-500 1.5% Rockol 642 Wash
until clear water and do the usual processes. Note:
In combination with Rockol 642, it gives a very powerful degreasing effect.
For better action it is recommended (in main degreasing) to be done with very
short float. |
