Negahdar
IST-WB is an antibacterial for protection of wet blue against bacteria attack.
It is a suitable preservative during soaking, pickling, tanning and etc.
Negahdar IST-WB is free of PCP and also is a biodegradable product.It is
destroyed in high alkaline medias and sulphide containing liquors. |

Application & Recommendation |

Negahdar
IST-WB is specially used in the main soaking, pickling, tanning and retanning
process. Degreasing plays a very important role in using this product. It can
be used also for raw materials by spraying or mixing with salts and applying.
Our recommendation for use is : |

Soaking |
Up
to 0.5% based on raw weight |
|
|
Pickling |
0.5 - 1% based on pickled weight and before acids addition |
|
|
Tanning |
1 -1.5% based on pickled weight and at the end of chrome tanning |

to various methods of degreasing, processing and also the type of leather,
