Application & Recommendation |

|
Rockytan ZF can be diluted in cold and warm water and suitable for all type of leather .its solution has dark brown color. Rockytan ZF has a high astringency , so gives more filling effect to leather. When it is used in combination with Rockytan RE540 ;its filling effect takes place better Rockytan ZF imparts very fine grain and soft handle in sheep leather. In combination with Rockytan RR7 , it produces deep beige color. Although its solution has dark brown color but when it is used in combination with acrylic resin syntans , imparts good bleaching effect to the leather. Rockytan ZF can also be used in neutralization stage , Where it will assist the uniform neutralization and tightness grain.

When PH of rechroming or neutralization bath is 4-4.2 add , 1-2% Rockytan ZF (in PH less than 4 it will
precipitate.) |

After acrylic and melamine or other resin synthans add , 2-6% Rockytan ZF |
