Rockasoft KSM is
a high grade finishing oil made from a blend of Sulphonated vegetable oil
combined with specially selected fats. Rockasoft KSM is used to impart a
silky softness with a full hand to fabrics of all kinds of fibers.
Rockasoft KSM is soluble in water and gives
solution with PH=7 or nearly neutral, and guaranteed free from acidity or
alkaline matter which are prejudicial to the cloth. Rockasoft KSM is
an excellent material for sizing and finishing and it gives to fabrics much
better feel and strength than any other similar material does.
Rockasoft KSM not only gives fullness to the
yarn and cloth but it also gives luster to the cloth. It has its unique importance in avoiding the hardness and brittleness of yarns and it makes them full. |

Application & Recommendation |

Rockasoft KSM is
compatible with all commonly used finishing materials like, GUMS, STARCHES.
GLUE, GELATINE, etc. and imparts a soft non-sticky handle to textile
materials when used in finishing baths. In short, Rockasoft KSM guarantees that your
finished goods will stay mill-fresh indefinitely as fresh in colour, as fresh
and free of odor, as the day they left your mill. Rockasoft KSM also increases penetration,
gives better lubricity, improves softness and finishing effects and
stabilizes the natural resistance of fabrics to heat in processing. Rockasoft KSM can also be used as a leveling
and lubricating agent in the dye bath and is relatively (to soap) resistant
to lime soap precipitation. Rockasoft KSM may be used with advantage in
all scouring and dyeing processes where the conditions are neutral or
alkaline. The dosage of consumption varies with type of the fabric and degree
of desired softness. Average usage is about 2-3 % of solution. |
