Rockspin SY-1020 is a spin finish for Acrylic and CF yarns. It will be applied as Neat-OIL.

Storage Condition

The product must not store below +5°C. Below the temp the oil becomes turbid, and then it must be stored for several days at 5-35°C and stirred thoroughly before using.

According to our best experience, it does not have any harmful effect on health

Application & Recommendation

Rockspin SY-1020 will be applied as NEAT-OIL. The required quantity of oil must be added during stirring into DM water slowly ;( 5-15% emulsion) to receive clear solution.
Rockspin SY-1020 has very good wetting property high biodegrability, no smoke formation during drawing very low deposits on gadgets. Recommended oil pick up is 0.8-1.4%.
